Cataloguing policy changes

Abstract

The webinar has been designed to highlight some of the changes from AACR2 to RDA. The presenter explained what MARC 21 standards are and how those standards tie in with the AACR2 and RDA This webinar was conducted by Mr.Prodip Roy (AALIA-DCP), a library professional at the RMIT University Australia. Mrs.Damayanthi Gunasekara, the acting Librarian of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka made the opening remarks at the session. Nearly 400 participants from 15 countries have signed up for the session.
